What We Grow
Our hydroponic systems produce a wide variety of nutrient-rich microgreens and vegetables
Stage 1: Seed Preparation
We begin with premium, non-GMO seeds selected for their germination rate and flavor profile. Seeds are soaked for 8-12 hours in purified water to activate enzymes and kickstart the germination process.
Pro Tip: Use filtered water at room temperature for optimal seed activation.
Stage 2: Germination
Seeds are transferred to our specialized germination trays with a biodegradable growing medium. Under controlled humidity (85-90%) and darkness, the first tiny sprouts emerge within 2-3 days.
Pro Tip: Maintain consistent temperature (68-72°F) for uniform germination.
Stage 3: Early Growth
Seedlings are moved to the hydroponic system where they receive a precise blend of nutrients, 14-16 hours of full-spectrum LED light daily, and constant oxygenation of their root zone.
Pro Tip: Rotate trays daily for even light exposure and symmetrical growth.
Stage 4: Maintenance
Our automated systems continuously monitor pH levels, nutrient concentration, temperature, and humidity. Adjustments are made in real-time to ensure optimal growing conditions.
Pro Tip: Check EC (electrical conductivity) daily to maintain optimal nutrient levels.
Stage 5: Harvest
Microgreens are harvested at their nutritional peak, just above the growth medium. They're immediately cooled, gently washed, and packaged for maximum freshness and extended shelf life.
Pro Tip: Harvest in the morning when plants are most hydrated for crisp texture.
